Heil Farid is pleased to announce that they have had one of the most successful RWM CIWM exhibitions yet. Indeed, just 45 minutes after the show was opened an order for two T1SM22 refuse collection vehicles was placed by Rabbit Waste Management Ltd. This also represents a double first for newcomer to the company Mike Spooner, Heil Farid’s southern area sales manager – his first show with Heil Farid and his first order with the company. And, it didn’t end there; also at the exhibition Suez Environnement placed an order for three Micro L food waste collection vehicles. The fully sealed, one-piece Micro L bodies are to be mounted to 7.5t GVW Mitsubishi Canter chassis and will enter service early in the new year.
The success of the show was experienced first hand by Marco Orecchia CEO of the holding company (Farid Industrie SpA) who was in attendance for two days of the show. Also representing Heil Farid was their recently appointed UK General Manager, Brian Kennedy. The second photo below shows from left to right, Marco Orecchia, Brian Kennedy, Kevin Crowder (Sales & Marketing Director) and Guy Clinch (Non Executive Director). Kevin Crowder explained, “we have always valued the contribution that the show makes to our presence in the refuse and recycling transportation market place. This year we exhibited a small select selection of our wide and comprehensive range of vehicles. They included a 32t GVW Euro Half Pack Front End Loader built for Suez Environnement, a 7.5t GVW MiniMatic RCV built for Dawsonrentals and a 7.5t GVW Container Washer built for Keenan Recycling. We are highly delighted with the outcome of this year’s event and look forward with great enthusiasm to next year.”
